We provide opportunities for our participants to strengthen their relationship with God and to relate to each other in love and acceptance.
Worship
Many equate “going to church” with worship. Christians gather to worship out of a love and response to God. Worship is an interesting topic and can be an extremely fulfilling experience.
Coming from all types of church backgrounds and worship styles, Wesley attempts to provide worship experiences that are rooted yet contemporary. Rooted? By this, we mean an experience that has deeper significance than the “flavor of the month”.
By contemporary, we mean a style of music and experience that is relevant to today. Some of the rooted elements of our worship area are found in our college choir and liturgical dance group. Helping us to be relevant to today, we have two worship bands and a learning worship/praise songs group called Worship Jam.
Pulling all this together in a worship service, we come together to praise, reflect, confess, hear the Word, and respond. From Worship on Sunday Evenings to numerous places of involvement there is a place for you.
