Work Weeks Information
How do Wesley Work Weeks work? Request Auburn Wesley Foundation students to work for you, and then you make a donation of your choice to the Auburn Wesley Foundation that goes straight to our missions programs!
Last summer's mission programs included Youth Caravan for 10 weeks, a team to Tanzania for 3 weeks, and missioners at home coordinating campus ministry info for incoming freshmen at Camp War Eagle.
Currently, Wesley students locally serve a monthly food pantry in Loachapoka and work periodically at Super Missions Saturdays with ARM, as well as having a "Crop Drop" each semester to put produce in bags for local hunger agencies. Nationally, students went to Baton Rouge, LA in October to help rebuild for flood victims and to Florida to work hurricane relief in December. There will be a team serving those affected by recent hurricanes in the Puerto Rico. Summer will bring Home Missioners to serve again. We are thankful for your help in our serving Christ locally, nationally, and globally.
Spring Work Weeks are scheduled for April 8 - April 15.
Fill out the form, then a student will call or email you to coordinate calendars and schedule your job! Sometimes that takes patience, considering your and students' busy schedules. Please try to guess the number of students and time of work as closely as possible, since students are managing classes, studying, and jobs as they volunteer to serve during Work Weeks.
How do you donate after the work is done? You may hand a check to the student team, mail a check or bring one by Wesley, or make a donation below the Job Request Form using your credit card.
